Red Wave Crashing? Trump Admits Democrats Taking the House 'Could Happen'

Source: Mediate

by Josh Feldman | Nov 2nd, 2018, 4:59 pm

During his campaign rally in West Virginia this afternoon, President Donald Trump admitted that Democrats do have a chance of taking back the House majority.

Trump dinged Democratic leaders in Congress and said if they take power, “They will try to erase our gains and eradicate our progress. That’s what’s going to happen.”

“It will be ridiculous, frankly,” he said. “It’ll be bad for our country. The Democrats––and it could happen, could happen. We’re doing very well and we’re doing really well in the Senate, but could happen. And you know what you do? My whole life, you know what I say? Don’t worry about it, I’ll just figure it out.”

President Trump Says He Watched Obama’s Rally Because He ‘Had Nothing Else To Do’

by Aidan McLaughlin | Nov 2nd, 2018, 5:40 pm

President Donald Trump revealed at his umpteenth campaign rally of the election season on Friday that he watched the rival rally of former President Barack Obama. Why? Because he had “nothing else to do.”

Obama held a rally in Miami, Florida on Friday in support of candidates Andrew Gillum, running for governor of the state, and Sen. Bill Nelson, running to hold his seat in the Senate. Trump, shortly afterward Obama, held his own rally in West Virginia, and bashed his predecessor.

“I heard President Obama speak today. I had to listen, I was in the plane, I had nothing else to do,” Trump said. “He had a very small crowd. They don’t tell you that.”

Most presidents are keen to project the image that they don’t have enough time for the vital job of leading the country. Trump has been content to spend much of the midterm election year on the campaign trail, holding lengthy rallies in support of Republican candidates. The confession that he has nothing better to do than to watch an Obama rally is, however, certainly new.

He has nothing left in the tank. He's ruined the country and everyone knows it.

Not One!

Even if Cheeto were a dream-perfect President (which of course he could never be) the GOP Congress and the GOP Senate are a complete mess. They just wasted 2 years getting nothing done, except the biggest boondoggle tax give-away of all time.

Oh my God the money we've paid these guys to sit on their asses and lie and BS for nothing! All they can do is cover for the orange asshole, which is another reason to send them all packing.

Enough! Basta! I wish we could fire them all.

for scapegoats as a good narcissistic person does. The extent of the blue tidal wave will dictate how republicans in congress act going forth as they face even bigger losses in 2020 senate,

5. And the Red Wave won't crash if millennials don't get to the polls

Just saw Marc Caputo on MSNBC say the early voters are white and older folks. Millennials are 25% of the electorate, but only 10% of early voters. Democratic Party has work to do.

hear of any initiatives on his part other than badmouthing everyone, and moaning about the so called immigrants on and on and on and on and on and on...you get the point. Maybe if he could just be constructive for once and actually propose something substantial, eh? I'm afraid that this would be too much for his comprehension, after all, I heard that they have to 'dumb' down presentations, put them into coloring book like presentations and so forth. Kind of pathetic.

Now that I heard that all of his so called business successes came from initiatives started by his father as well as getting over 400 million dollars from his father when he died, I can understand how he got where he got to where he is now. He pretty well rode the pony not doing anything other than skimping on paying his fair share of taxes and playing w/ himself/being a so called playboy. Disgusting.
