As key Democrat calls on Zinke to resign, interior secretary fires back with drinking allegations

Source: Marketwatch

The top Democrat on the House Natural Resources Committee says there are so many scandals surrounding Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke that the Cabinet member should resign.

Zinke fires back that the incoming committee chair, Rep. Raul Grijalva of Arizona, is a drunk that should quit himself.

Happy Friday.

The blasts started after USA Today ran an op-ed from Grijalva, who identified the 17 publicly known formal probes involving either Zinke directly or his department since he took office.

Well, if Grijalva is a drunk, his drinking won't put him in prison unlike what Zinke's actions do. TheBlackAdder Nov 2018 #9

But, much like his boss, Zinke is just taking a page from trmpie's playbook.

Whenever some one in Congress took Spanky to task for some dim-witted move or questioned a policy change, instead of responding with logic and information, he fired back with a personal attack. This is pretty much in the same vein.

Kinky Zinke thinks he is much smarter than he actually is, however, and sooner than later this tactic is going to blow up in his face.

We play a drinking game whenever Zinke makes a speech. Every time he refers to himself as a geologist (which he most certainly is not), some body has to take a shot. That last doozy he gave had us all half schnit-faced in 20 minutes !
