Fox News Napolitano Says Trump is an Unidicted Co-Conspirator: Ample Evidence to Indict POTUS
Source: Mediaite
Napolitano answered, Theres ample evidence...to indict the president, the question is do they want to do it. The DOJ has three opinions in this: two say you cant indict a sitting president, one says you can, but all three address the problem of what do you do when the statute of limitations is about to expire? All three agree in that case you indict in secret, keep it sealed and release it the day he gets out of office.

During the campaign, candidate Trump "hinted" to Napolitano that he might put him on the Supreme Court. I felt bad when I heard that the judge wanted to believe it could happen. It seems that he can see through Trump's bullshit now.

(228 posts)They are ready to crucify Napolitano. And their arguments why there was no law broken are hilarious. Even more so considering they are using the same arguments that John Edwards used (that were shot down by a judge), and saying since Edwards got off, Trump didn't break any laws. And even if they did, they just mean a fine (until you point out that it's not the crime, it's the coverup).
(edit) And yes, they are full hate-on for Fox. Blaze, et al are the only reputable sources now...

A jury acquitted him.

(37,648 posts)It would be a mistake, (in my humble general public opinion), instead of wait to finish the investigation and see what other evidence there is.
To try to indict on a lesser charge early would be a distraction and could interfere with the remaining things Trump is being investigated for.
They may have to file a secret indictment at some point, so the statute of limitations doesn't run.
