Stormy Daniels reaches settlement with Michael Cohen and her former attorney

Stormy Daniels has reached a settlement with Michael Cohen and Keith Davidson, her former attorney, in her lawsuit that accused both men of working together to protect President Donald Trump.

Daniels, whose given name is Stephanie Clifford, sued Cohen, Trump's former personal attorney, and Davidson, accusing them of colluding to protect Trump.

In a deal brokered between the two attorneys, Daniels was paid $130,000 to prevent the adult-film star from publicly speaking about her alleged sexual relationship with Trump.

According to federal court documents, Daniels and Davidson have reached and executed a settlement. The settlement between Daniels and Cohen has been agreed to in principle and is being finalized.

And if the Democrats wimp out on impeachment, that's another one.

I have always lived life under the hope and premise that the adage "good guys finish last" is ultimately false or "crime doesn't pay" is true but its really getting difficult to keep believing that. I remember when everyone here was celebrating the eminent arrest or impeachment of W. Bush, Cheney, and Rove, yet they all live their senior years in lavish lifestyle, no doubt enriched all the more from handing themselves a piece of the pie in the illegal Iraq invasion.
