President Donald Trump “richly deserves impeachment,” House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler said Sunday.

Nadler, D-N.Y., whose committee holds crucial powers in the impeachment process, also said that former special counsel Robert Mueller’s recent hearings before Congress about his report on Russian election meddling represented an “inflection point.”

The Judiciary Committee is gathering evidence as it weighs whether to recommend impeachment to the Democrat-controlled House of Representatives. Asked about his own personal feelings on impeaching Trump, Nadler was unequivocal.

“My personal view is that he richly deserves impeachment,” Nadler said of Trump on CNN’s “State of the Union.” “He has done many impeachable offenses. He’s violated the law six ways from Sunday.”

Articles of Impeachment to the floor..Assuming that is passes and goes to the Senate..
It wont be as simple as McConnell holding a news conference and declaring it is nothing more than partisan politics. I believe there will be thousands outside the Senate building protesting and demanding that Senators vote to convict...Arrests? Probably Capital police will certainly try to stop our constitutional right.

"If only there was some way we could Impeach him for which he deserves 100x over, without actually impeaching him to get the evidence to show the people why he deserves it."



This is getting into Keystone Cops territory. Democrats will end up with nothing in the end. Too frightened of Fox News to move out of their top-down driven paralysis. Pressured by their own base to admit Trump is what he is...racist, incompetent, impeachable etc...and pressured on the other end by their own fears of projected failure in the public supporting them. And intimidated by the tough job it would be with a predictable onslaught of RW opposition and propaganda.

This is what Nadler announced on Friday. The collection of evidence is to pursuant to preparing articles of impeachment for the House. HR 430 June 11, 2019 gave the committee all the powers that any impeachment investigation has ever had - Watergate - Clinton, and IT'S ON - Now.
