Dayton Police shed new light on Oregon District shooting timeline

DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF/WRGT) - Dayton Police are now able to share more information regarding the timeline of events the night of the Oregon District mass shooting.
Police said the shooter arrived in the Oregon District the night of Saturday, August 3, just after 11 p.m. The suspect was with his sister and a friend and they first arrived at Blind Bob's
Just before 12:15 a.m., the shooter left the bar while his sister and their friend stayed. He then made his way to Ned Pepper's where he stayed for about 30 minutes.
After leaving Ned Pepper's police said the shooter went to his car to change clothes and then made his way back toward the Blind Bob's. As the shooter left his car, video shows him wearing a backpack. Police said as he made his way back from his car, the shooter stopped for about nine minutes, that's when police believe he was getting his weapon ready.
