National Economic Council director Larry Kudlow said Friday U.S. workers should continue working despite the coronavirus outbreak.

Kudlow discussed the outbreak on CNBC’s “Squawk on the Street” on Friday, saying that Americans should remain calm.

“I don’t want to downplay anything. Worry about the effect on human beings, for heaven’s sake. But I’m just saying, let’s not overreact. In many ways, America should stay at work,” Kudlow said.

People will continue to go to work even if they have a confirmed case of Covid19 because they have to. People have bills to pay and most jobs offer crap (if any) for paid time off.
