US intelligence agencies alerted Israel to the coronavirus outbreak in China already in November, Israeli television reported Thursday.

According to Channel 12 news, the US intelligence community became aware of the emerging disease in Wuhan in the second week of that month and drew up a classified document.

Information on the disease outbreak was not in the public domain at that stage — and was known only apparently to the Chinese government.

US intelligence informed the Trump administration, “which did not deem it of interest,” but the report said the Americans also decided to update two allies with the classified document: NATO and Israel, specifically the IDF.

Two years ago... that's when our diplomats in China reported about safety and security issues in the Wuhan bio-labs and that's the same time when this mis-adminisration cut the CDC staff in China by 2/3rds that could have addressed those concerns.

That turns out to also be the same time that the National Security council cut the Global Bio-defense Response Team

December 27, was the first date the Chinese CDC had any hard evidence they were dealing with a novel virus. The coronavirus itself was not sequenced until January 2.

(or whatever its technical name was), *they* would have immediately taken notice of this "pnemonia cluster" IN NOVEMBER -- especially given China's dissembling public response and authoritarian internal response to it. So it doesn't matter that it was PNEUMONIA in November, Trump's minions had had the capability to respond appropriately and had already gone out of their way NOT to be prepared to respond to ANY novel infectious agent.

They've continued that inability to respond by going out of their way to guarantee that we cannot (possibly ever, now) know where the virus even *is* in our country (no robust, coordinated testing program), or where it's going next (no contract tracing and isolation of asymptomatic carriers).

Had the "pandemic response team" been allowed to do its job, they'd almost certainly have been ready with an all-of-government proactive response on 27DEC19 to a "pneumonia cluster" that turned out to be a novel coronavirus!

That was their job, after all.

I suspect that this report won't be confirmed, but also won't need to be.

If it's linked to the ABC story, then in late November the report was written, in late November it was approved for distribution, in late November it was transmitted to NATO, and even later in November it was discussed. And in once version, it underwent a few weeks of vetting before being briefed widely in ... late November It was a bumper crop of late November last year.

When the first case to be identified according to what we know from China was dated December. That said, apparently satellite images showed enough cases and disruption to be visible from space. Even though doctors didn't know about it.

It's expected that it was circulating in November, but even in December it wasn't a huge outbreak.
