SC's Jaime Harrison throwing new PAC weight behind Democrats. First stop, Georgia

Proving he can fundraise beyond his own run, South Carolinas Jaime Harrison is launching a new political action committee that will raise money for Democratic efforts following his Senate campaign that raised more than $130 million.
The first spending phase of Harrisons The Dirt Road PAC will start in Georgia, a state that went blue this year by voting for Democratic President-elect Joe Biden and where two U.S. Senate races could give Democrats leverage in both Capitol chambers.
Harrison named his group, the Dirt Road PAC, after a story he told while on the campaign trail where he knocked on the door of a Black man who lived on a dirt road that had not been paved.
In Georgia, Democrats Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock are seeking to unseat Republican Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler in Georgias Jan. 5 U.S. Senate runoffs. Should they win the Senate would be split 50-50, handing over the tie-breaking vote to Vice-President elect Kamala Harris. Before the PAC, Harrison had already raised $450,000 for Ossoffs and Warnocks campaigns.

Just heard this story mentioned on Joe Madison's show (SiriusXM "Urban View" ). I am hoping that at some point in the future, we can flip Mississippi too. That state is 39% black and should in NO WAY be a "red state". Mike Espy just lost a Senate seat there to a loon, so this is a state that needs some serious work but could have some payoff eventually.
