ALBANY - Incoming Gov. Kathy Hochul said Thursday she plans to run for a full four-year term next year as she succeeds disgraced Gov. Andrew Cuomo later this month.
Hochul also said in an NBC interview that she expects New York will have a mask mandate in schools this fall amid a resurgence of the COVID-19 pandemic.
