it's kinda' hard to bite the hands that feed you. He's a disgrace. Let's all burn coal and kill the planet we live on, just so Joe Manchin has a clear conscience about appeasing his owners.

And please, save me from having to place anyone on ignore by giving me the, "without Manchin Mitch McConnell would be majority leader in the Senate" bullshit. He may as well be with Manchin and Sinema doing his work for him.

I read here earlier that the people who bundled for the Trump campaign are biggest donors to Sinema according to latest FEC filing.

Climate Catastrophe is insane. But, then again, our corporate overlords apparent desire to party on while life support systems burn out is insane. Greed is a social disease, and it kills.

I hope he NEVER has another power position like he has now. It's letting him shit all over what the Democrats are trying to get accomplished for the rest of us (who are not part of Big Oil).

Who's yer daddy, Manchin? Who owns yer ass? Never mind. I think we all know.

(and that goes DOUBLE for Kyrsten Sinema.)

10. The key is getting people to the polls.

Getting people registered and to the polls should be a top priority for the defeat of every Republican candidate from local to state and federal offices. This is especially a requirement at the local and state level if any sanity is to be returned to government. What I experience when working for Democrat's is the power that the fundamentalists and especially the evangelicals wielded in local elections. They voted as a block and anyone who opposed their dictatorial campaigns was ostracized and virtually shunned. This was extended even to school children who became targets for harassment. The Democrats have failed to take the fight to the churches where policies that are being backed are clearly anti-Christian.

The bipartisanship he claims he wants so badly is going to go away if the Democrats get beaten in 2022
It's not the progressives that will lose their seats, it's those that share Manchin's politics

In fact, I would go so far as to say that sounds like Koch bro money at work.

When will the people's work be done? It will never get done as long as unregulated capitalism is around.

but without a boost from government. It will slow progress, but it will not defeat it. Coal will wring it's last dime from their technology. *cough, cough*
