Antisemitic flyers found in neighborhoods in at least three cities over the weekend

Source: NBC

Residents in at least three cities across the country found antisemitic flyers outside their homes on Sunday, according to authorities.

The flyers distributed overnight in neighborhoods in and around Denver, San Francisco and Miami all appear to be similar in nature, according to local NBC affiliates and regional officials.

"Every single aspect of the COVID agenda is Jewish," many, if not all, of the flyers said. Listed on the paper were government officials who have played a part in managing the pandemic and the flyers say are Jewish, according to local NBC affiliates and regional officials.

---snip---

In the Denver metro area, "white supremacist and anti-vaccine propaganda was also distributed locally with the antisemitic messages," according to the Anti-Defamation League Mountain States Region.

According to the ADL, these also popped up again in Maryland and Texas, as well, this weekend.

First, while you may know "a lot" of Jewish people who voted for the former interloper to the White House, your experience would be in the minority. Most Jews voted for Biden and Clinton; 76% and 71% respectively. Second, like any minority group, Jews are not monolith. Third, like any human, there are those who vote against their own interests for a variety of factors. And, finally, there are always minorities who disregard hate directed against them from their own political home, especially on the right, and are skilled at making excuses and providing said excuses to their respective sides.

As for Israelis, that is another ball of wax, and much of the "like" for him has more to do with policies which directly affect them. They are not representative of the Jewish community, but I am actually glad you brought them up as this is a common trope of sidestepping anti-Semitism by "whatabouting" in regard to Israel or Israelis.

"I never heard anyone calling someone “kike” until tfg took office. 6th Avenue nyc." Are you Jewish? If not, there may be a reason why you never heard it. Of course, there is also the idea that, in reality, you may not remember hearing it or don't remember such an incident, because trust me, "kike" was in use before him, and was heard by many a Jew, and non-Jewish ally, for years.

I am not Jewish. The first time I heard the word I was 10 years old. My 19 year old cousin, "Jim" who lived next door to us, was out of work during a recession. He popped in to see my father about a job reference. We were eating dinner.

My father agreed to help him, but then Jim said that the the recession was the fault of the Ks in the first place. My father got very still and quiet, a bad sign. Then he said that we didn't use words like that in our house. Dumb Jim rambled on about Jews controlling government and banks and being greedy SOBs.

My father's mother had died several years earlier and my grandfather's SO was a Jewish woman who came to all extended family events. My father asked Jim if that's what he thought of Anna. Jim said there were a few good ones, but "everybody" knows what they're like.

Dad said that if "everybody" Jim knew thought that way, then Jim needed new friends. My father was a WWII vet and told Jim that it was that kind of talk that caused wars and slaughters of innocent people. He wouldn't have it in his house or have his children exposed to it. He added that, if Jim considered himself a Christian, he ought to remember that Jesus was a Jew.

Then my father told Jim that he knew his way out and should leave and not come back until he had an attitude change.

When Jim left, I innocently asked, "What's a K?" My mother stepped in and explained because my father was too p.o.'d to speak when he heard me repeat the word.

My parents had zero tolerance for bigoted and racist language.

They are a small network of virulently antisemitic provocateurs led by Jon Minadeo II of Petaluma, California. GDL parodies the Anti-Defamation League’s name and logo by replacing “Anti-Defamation” with “Goyim Defense” -- “Goyim” being a disparaging Yiddish and Hebrew word for non-Jews.

You describe it as a small network. But how small is small? Relative to Oath Keepers?

This is effing disturbing.
