Tucker Carlson asked Hunter Biden for help with son's university application, says report

Source: Independent

Right-wing Fox host has repeatedly accused Hunter Biden of using his own father’s powerful position to his advantage

Tucker Carlson asked Hunter Biden for help with his son’s application to Georgetown University, according to resurfaced emails between the former neighbours and unlikely one-time acquaintances.

The emails, verified by The Washington Post, reveal that the Fox News host and his wife Susie Carlson reached out to President Joe Biden’s son in 2014 asking him to send a recommendation letter to get Buckley Carlson into the prestigious Washington DC college.

The right-wing TV host told Mr Biden that his son was good at squash and fly fishing and “loves Washington for all the right reasons”.

. . .

His wife also sent an email asking Mr Biden to “meet or speak to” their son about going to the school, which the president’s son had graduated from many years earlier.

There is no bottom. HB accommodated the request and this:

Ms Carlson also responded by telling Mr Biden: “Tucker and I have the greatest respect and admiration for you. Always!”

Of course the Biden's don't have a 24/7 propaganda "news" channel to make sure that message is implanted in their cult's brains (such as they are).

If the shoe was on the other foot Trump would have all of his proxy tweeters lighting up Twitter like a jackpot slot machine. The "liberal media" would break into existing programming for endless updates.

Carlson's hypocrisy is as great as his racism. I hope his kid flunks out of Georgetown and has to take a job in McDonald's flipping hamberders for the Big Orange Pig.

"2 yr. ago

He's dropping the story

The folks in r/conspiracy linked this image which purports to show Tucker Carlson thanking Hunter Biden for writing a recommendation for Buckley (which is his brothers name but they're claiming it's his son?) to Georgetown.

Note I can't find evidence of this letter anywhere else so who knows."

And the ball is squishier.
I played some racquetball, but I couldn't understand what the appeal was to the longer handle and squishier ball of Squash.

Racquetball is a racquet sport played with a hollow rubber ball on an indoor or outdoor court. Joseph Sobek[1] invented the modern sport of racquetball in 1950,[2] adding a stringed racquet to paddleball in order to increase velocity and control.

Rackets or racquets is an indoor racket sport played in the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. The sport is infrequently called "hard rackets", to distinguish it from the related sport of squash (also called "squash rackets&quot .

Squash is a racket and ball sport played by two or four players in a four-walled court with a small, hollow rubber ball. The players alternate in striking the ball with their rackets onto the playable surfaces of the four walls of the court. The objective of the game is to hit the ball in such a way that the opponent is not able to play a valid return. There are about 20 million people who play squash regularly world-wide in over 185 countries.[1] The governing body of Squash, the World Squash Federation (WSF), is recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), but the sport is not part of the Olympic Games, despite a number of applications. Supporters continue to lobby for its incorporation in a future Olympic program. The Professional Squash Association (PSA) organizes the pro tour. The sport is infrequently called "squash rackets", to distinguish itself from the related sport of rackets (also called "hard rackets&quot .

According to the World Squash Federation, there are about 50,000 squash courts in the world, with 188 countries and territories having at least one court. England had the greatest number at 8,500. The other countries with more than 1,000 courts, in descending order by number were Germany, Egypt, the United States of America, Australia, South Africa, Canada, Malaysia, France, the Netherlands, and Spain. Today, The United States has the fastest growing squash participation. There are an estimated 20 million squash players worldwide.

least through blogs.

It is like racquetball but with a longer racquet that looks more like a Tennis racquet, the court is just a tad smaller than a racquetball court, the ball is small and hardly bounces requiring speed and lots of squatting, it is a grueling workout and lots of fun, requires skill, but not sure that a college would see that as an asset because I don't know of squash being a NCAA sport that would merit any scholarships.

Interesting that if you don't know anything about the sport that you don't want to meet anyone who has played it, why?

In case you are interested, or not, to watch a squash match:
