I know we both dont agree with Liz Cheney but give her credit..she is standing up to the orange menace at great cost to herself..she is doing all of us a great service..more balls than the 95% of the rest of the gop

I dont like it when you suggest she is just campaigning for her father...That imo denegrates her bravery.

I have called her office twice to express my support for her courage

I listened to her speech. She is not campaigning for her father. This fight is not about policy. It's more important than that.

But, she is also part of the reason that Trump was in a position to attempt a coup.

She voted for Trump.

She voted with Trump's agenda 93% of the time.

She also voted against passing articles of impeachment after Trump's extortion call to president Zelensky.

So yeah, great that she's one of two Republicans who can acknowledge reality and investigate a national traitor, but that is a hell of a low bar to clear for a United States Congressperson.
