Supreme Court declines to block order requiring Yeshiva University to recognize LGBTQ student club

CNN — The Supreme Court in a 5-4 vote declined on Wednesday a request from Yeshiva University to block a lower court order that requires the New York university to recognize a “Pride Alliance” LGBTQ student club.

They just said that SCOTUS is the court of last review and the university hadn’t exhausted their other appeals

Do not accept money from the state or federal government can actually make their own rules. At least that was what was explained to me.
