McDermott's a good and principled guy, but a team player. My guess is that he felt strongly about the $250k vs $400k compromise and had agreement w/ Pelosi & Hoyer that he was voting No.

But I am disappointed by Lynn Woolsey not voting.... She is leaving Congress to retire. This would have been her last vote. She couldnt have bothered to hold her retirement one more day? I am sure her paycheck is going beyond to at least today? Disappointing Lynn.
