Mitt Romney win in Michigan isn't sure thing, say 2 polls

WASHINGTON – Could Mitt Romney be in danger of losing Michigan? At least one poll says so.

American Research Group released a poll Monday showing Romney trailing former U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania by a margin of 33% to 27%.

That’s outside the poll’s 4-percentage-point margin of error, too.

There could be other bad news on the horizon for Romney as well: Public Policy Polling, another survey firm, said on its Twitter feed Monday morning that Santorum is leading Romney in every part of Michigan other than Oakland County – where Romney grew up.

Why would they vote for someone who was rooting for the auto industry to go bankrupt?

I don't get that at all.

It's like old folks in Florida who rely on Medicare voting for Rick Scott...

Oh, wait...

I just don't understand some Michiganders and I have said this to a few of them who support Romney. They all know how important the auto industry is to Michigan and yet say they will vote for someone who wanted the Big 3 to go bankrupt. There has been so much devastation in Michigan and without the auto loans by the gov't, it would have been so much worse. Why was is just fine for the repukes to support the bank bail-outs by Bush where the CEOs were given huge bonuses but not a good thing for "bail-outs" (actually loans that have almost all been paid back) to the auto industry? We all know the answer to this, don't we? Two words: Barack Obama.

Who don't live & work in the regions impacted by the auto industry. They generally live in suburban, affluent parts of the state that wouldn't have been impacted at all had Detroit gone bankrupt (or so they think, in their little minds they can't comprehend it). Remember, the urban areas are very Democratic. The suburban areas are a mix and the rural areas are probably very conservative.

The problem is with us Democras, too. We simply did not get out and vote in 2010.

They did it to our Iowa caucuses. They'll do it in your state too.

Be prepared.

I never thought I'd see those shenanigans pulled in my state--tainting our Iowa caucuses, but
I witnessed more baloney than I'd EVER seen in any election.

Those Republican sure know how to cheat, I tell ya.

For the first time ever, our official caucus results were tabulated at a "secret location."

They're a bunch of criminals. Just be prepared.
