Tea party talk host: Trayvon ‘deserves to be dead’ — and ‘that f*ggot’ Dan Savage too
Source: Raw Story
Fringe conservative talk show host Stan Solomon ranted this week that slain teen Trayvon Martin deserves to be dead, and then added that gay author Dan Savage, who he called that f*ggot, should die of every disease known.
Solomon took the opportunity of the 50th anniversary of the civil rights March on Washington on Wednesday to devote his Talk to Solomon Show to the topic of race in America.
We have in America
open season on white folks by black and non-black Hispanic whatever other groups on white folks, he explained. Especially white Christian heterosexual folks.
Solomon warned that there was a war in America and if youre white, youre a target.

Are you aware that your company is being associated with talk show host Stan Solomon's comments celebrating the killing of a young man and urging the death of another man? When Mr. Solomon says Trayvon Martin "deserves to be dead" then says about a gay author who he disagrees with, "I hope he dies...of every disease known" and people hear your product advertised right after, they are going to make that connection. Maybe you were not aware of this, but this could be very bad for your business. Is this what you want people to think of when they consider your product?

That said, We have in America

There are also incredibly bad Over The Air shows.
I choose to evaluate the value of a show on reach, influence, and if they're overtly evil.
Not that this awful sack's show is worth listening in on, but "internet only" is, in the modern age, definitely not an identifier of worth.

(10,269 posts)he will eat this poor dumb fucker for breakfast. Dan can be a bit of a mean bitch when he's in a GOOD mood (and I mean that in the very BEST possible way lol) AND it just so happens that he knows how to wield a damn sharp knife.

(41,959 posts)I've had occasion to interact with Dan, years back, in a professional way. He's one of the sharpest, least intimidateable people I've ever seen, and he's done a world of good. And if he bothers, he will chew that weasel up and spit him out in little weasel pieces.

And I think he is the stereotypical if he could get away with it, hed be in drag. I dont think hes a man at all, and he leads a whole group of men that are that way.

And Rush would have disappeared a long time ago for calling out a woman as a "slut" and suggesting she make her supposed sex videos available for the world to see...

(16,350 posts)It whips people into a frenzy. Remember Rwanda started because of hate talk radio. I take it very seriously. This clown wants a race war. He may not get a war but there may well be casualties. These people are 5150, and need professional intervention and observation.

(53,661 posts)I've seen those in five states for over twenty years. They use 'Second Amendment Solution' stickers now. But we know who they mean.
We've known for years that we're on their list of people to be removed from the gene pool. Just don't talk about it much.
BTW, this is a coordinated media thing. Yesterday AJ put out the same thing. Of course the GOP puts it out every day of the year, so it doesn't really matter. It's all good for gun sales.
