Ave Maria University Files Second Lawsuit Against HHS Mandate

A Florida Catholic academic institute has filed a second lawsuit against the Department of Health and Human Services' abortion-drug "accommodation."

Ave Maria University, a recently founded institute located in Naples, filed the suit Thursday in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Ft. Myers Division.......

from dispensing BC in their community but they couldn't. I live in Naples and from what I have heard Ave Maria is having a lot of trouble selling homes in their Community. They are now outreaching to Non-Catholics to sell their real estate.

Every leader of the Ave Maria University and community, each of those people, all have the personal religious freedom to use contraception or not according to their personal religious dogma. They do not have the extra religious freedom to make contraception decisions for anyone else.

to call Ave Maria law school an "academic institute". First of all, shouldn't it be "institution"? But most importantly, anyone who knows anything about Ave Maria law school knows that they are a bottom of the heap law school.
