Right wing vote fraud case under CO attorney general review
Source: Colorado Independent
Last week, Senate President John Morses campaign manager Christy Le Lait filed a complaint with El Paso County District Attorney Dan May, calling for an investigation of political stunt man Jon Caldara, the Independence Institute director and Boulder County resident who made a show of committing gypsy voter fraud and casting a ballot in the El Paso County election...
Caldara has since announced that, the flooding in Boulder had made it clear to him he shouldnt move away from his children, who live there. He said, upon reflection, he wont be moving to Colorado Springs after all.
The El Paso County District Attorney seems to be at least taking serious its responsibility to look into the case. Mays office told the Colorado Independent that he was passing the case to the Attorney Generals office.
I can confirm that this matter was referred to our office by District Attorney May, wrote Carolyn Tyler, a spokesperson for the attorney general. However, we do not comment on investigations, except in certain instances involving public safety, which do not apply here.

(9,090 posts)he's a dipshit free marketeer and ayn randian wet dreamer who was recently doing typical RW radio call in where a scientist calls in and brings up global warming in reference to the flooding and dipshit caldera blows him off.
he likes boulder for the 'cool/gayness' and the advantages of living in a place that was wise enough not to let the real estate shits do anything they want, thereby making any piece of land in boulder more valuable. he probably wears spandex when he 'exercises' and criticizes those who do when he's on the radio.
