Police Probe Claim Gricar Killed

Investigators, including the FBI, are looking into a claim that missing former Centre County District Attorney Ray Gricar was murdered by a former Hells Angel, according to Bellefonte police.

"It's ongoing," Bellefonte police Detective Matthew Rickard said Thursday of the investigation into the claim.

This is the case of the Centre County DA who disappeared. It was brought up by many around the Sandusky issue (State College/Penn State is in Centre County, PA).

Speculate away! It's almost a pastime in Central Pennsylvania now, along with complaining about fracking.

Since when is pointing out a dangerous practice "complaining". BTW, Centre County is very conservative. As of last year I still saw McCain/Palin election posters up. I doubt they do much "complaining" about fracking. The "speculation" about the missing DA seemed reasonable since he was involved with a possible coverup of an earlier Sandusky incident.

1) There's nothing wrong with complaining. You're trying to find something to fight about. Stop.
2) I'm well familiar with Centre County, thanks.
3) Centre County went for Obama in 2008. Romney won Centre County by a grand total of 20 votes (out of almost 70,000 cast) in 2012.

Complaining sounds like disliking something without any real basis. Our anti-fracking groups here in NY present facts. Just plain complaining doesn't work against the big money gas corporations. I believe the PSU student body "may" have tipped the vote but I lived there as a student for five years. PSU students and faculty are mostly liberal. The locals in town (those born there, not students who stay after graduation) and the surrounding areas are most definitely conservative. The students really don't care about much of anything pertaining to local politics except for the number bars allowed. During the 2008 and 2012 elections, the ratio of election signs I saw were about 10 to 1 GOP. I'll admit I didn't travel every road but I think I saw a fair representation.
