Rush Limbaugh: Promise Of Obamacare Is 'If You Like Being A Prostitute, Then Have At It'
Source: Huffington Post
The radio host accused the Obama administration of giving "fake" information to young people in order to promote Obamacare by implying that birth control and contraceptives are "free."
* * *
Limbaugh warned young people about falling into this trap, and decoded what he believes the ads are "really promising." "If you like being promiscuous, you can keep on being promiscuous," he said. "If you like being a prostitute, then have at it!"
So just to clarify, Limbaugh insists that the message of Obamacare is this:
"If you like your risky, promiscuous lifestyle, you can keep it. That's what Obama is promising."

If you ever wonder about the dog whistle comments by Republican politicians about employers being allowed to deny coverage for contraception, you only need to hear Rush Limbaugh drop the dog whistle and say what Republican leaders have in mind.

Since Limbaugh is a whore for corporate sponsors then he can go on being promiscuous, since he likes being a prostitute, then have at it!
Rush,If you like your risky, promiscuous lifestyle, you can keep it. That's what your corporate backed sponsors are promising when they send you those checks for services rendered.
Another happy ending?

(13,485 posts)Unfortunately as I understand it, employers such as the Catholic Church are still allowed to deny coverage for contraception. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

(16,981 posts)I should add that a number of states already had a variation of the contraceptive mandate in place, so some organizations were self-insuring, if I recall correctly.
Here's what HHS says:
http://www.hhs.gov/news/press/2013pres/06/20130628a.html
Todays final rules finalize the proposed simpler definition of religious employer for purposes of the exemption from the contraceptive coverage requirement in response to concerns raised by some religious organizations. These employers, primarily houses of worship, may exclude contraceptive coverage from their health plans for their employees and their dependents.
The final rules also lay out the accommodation for other non-profit religious organizations - such as non-profit religious hospitals and institutions of higher education - that object to contraceptive coverage. Under the accommodation these organizations will not have to contract, arrange, pay for or refer contraceptive coverage to which they object on religious grounds, but such coverage is separately provided to women enrolled in their health plans at no cost. The approach taken in the final rules is similar to, but simpler than, that taken in the proposed rules, and responds to comments made by many stakeholders.
With respect to an insured health plan, including a student health plan, the non-profit religious organization provides notice to its insurer that it objects to contraception coverage. The insurer then notifies enrollees in the health plan that it is providing them separate no-cost payments for contraceptive services for as long as they remain enrolled in the health plan.
Similarly, with respect to self-insured health plans, the non-profit religious organization provides notice to its third party administrator that objects to contraception coverage. The third party administrator then notifies enrollees in the health plans that it is providing or arranging separate no-cost payments for contraceptive services for them for as long as they remain enrolled in the health plan.

(13,485 posts)It's just up to the health provider to offer it at no cost separate from the institution.
I'm a little confused as to what a "no-cost payment" is though. I suppose it's worded so the insurer can deduct it as a cost of business??

(70,447 posts)... he knows stupid things like this will piss us off and sound reasonable to his
listeners but deep in the closet of his own making there crawls the beast of his
own sexuality and Rush lives in fear if and when that sees the light of day.
Rush was busted for solicitation of an undercover male policeman in Pittsburgh
in the 1970s, he was busted when he coming back from the Dominican Republican
after going to a place known for it's sex tourism with viagra that was not prescribed
for him, and he made himself deaf from all the oxycodon he was taking to blot
out the pain he is in from living a lie. The day will come when somebody or a group
of people who know the truth about Rush will tell the public all about his world.

There are hookers all over his part of Florida. Many of them are very beautiful, VERY discrete, and very, VERY expensive. But he can easily afford them.
He went to the DR to get something he couldn't get in the good old USA. And I'm sure it has nothing to do the child sex trade that notoriously thrives there. Nothing at all.
