Obama administration to dump IT firm behind HealthCare.gov

Federal health officials are preparing to sign a 12-month contract worth roughly $90 million, probably early next week, with a different company, Accenture, after concluding that CGI Federal has not been effective enough in fixing the intricate computer system underpinning the federal Web site, according to a person familiar with the matter.

Huge offshore outsourcer. And, going back a little way, it was previously Arthur-Andersen Consulting, of Enron fame.

As Arthur-Andrerson whendoing business with the State of California. They are one of the worst consulting firms. Right down there with Logicon.
