Medical marijuana bill on its way

Legislation that would legalize the limited use of medical marijuana will be introduced in the state House on Tuesday, the measures sponsor said.
Rep. Allen Peake, R-Macon, told colleagues he is seeking support for the measure, that would allow patients with select disorders to receive a prescription for medical cannabis that is taken orally.
Significantly, Peake said the bill will be publicly supported by the Georgia Medical Association, the states largest professional group of doctors.

(153 posts)You have to take the progress where it comes. It will be the first state in the Southeast to legalize marijuana for medical purpose.
You still can get a bong, but it is illegal to smoke marijuana in it.

If you have nausea or vomiting, the last thing you want to do is try to swallow something.
For the sake of all that's hazy, allow patients to vaporize or smoke the natural herb. We don't need another pill or potion sold to us by the pharmaceutical industry.
