Obama Condemns Violence in Ukraine and Venezuela

Source: AP

President Barack Obama says the U.S. strongly condemns violence taking place in Venezuela and Ukraine.

Obama is speaking at a joint news conference with Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto. He says the violence in both Venezuela and Ukraine is unacceptable.

Obama says rather than trying to distract from protests by making false accusations against U.S. diplomats, Venezuela's government should address the people's legitimate grievances. He's calling on Venezuela to release detained protesters.

In Ukraine, President Viktor Yanukovych (yah-noo-KOH'-vich) and protest leaders agreed to a truce Wednesday. Obama says if implemented, the truce could provide space for the sides to resolve disagreements peacefully. He's urging Ukraine's military to show restraint and for the government to withdraw riot police.

I clearly remember seeing my Occupy sisters and brothers getting violently taken down by cops, but I don't remember my President saying, "Hey, cops, stop kicking the shit out of my people."

Would you mind posting a link, please, to where President Obama told the police to stop beating Occupy protesters bloody?

It would really make me feel better.

Thanks!

Note: I am not a communist, or a Marxist.

I am a human being, a human being who is sick to my heart and soul of, and at, all the suffering and destruction that is being caused by the greed of 1% and their sociopathic minions. And if that's not what you call a Democrat, or democrat, then fuck all y'all.

Obama asked for the violence against Occupy to be ended. Regardless of separation of powers, blah blah blah, fact is fact, and lame attempts at bullshit are bullshit.

If we genuinely want what is best for our people, we need fact, and as much truth and transparency as possible.

Don't you agree?

And The Weekly Standard is a "Weekly Conservative Magazine and Blog".

Google - The Weekly Standard - and you will see that what I say is true.

I do not believe that The Weekly Standard is considered to be a credible source of information on democratic underground.

Kiev is just as intellectually dishonest as your claim that President Obama condones violence against protesters anywhere. Who died in an OWS protest? I saw some people pepper sprayed, and a Vet got beat up and the cops should have been prosecuted, but no one died AFAIK.

Has Obama made any statements about all of the innocent people who have been killed by SWAT teams in the U.S.?

Has Obama made any statements about all of the innocent people killed by city, state, or local police in the U.S.?

Please provide links, titles of publications, or news outlets where any such statements were made.

Thank you in advance.
