Minnesota State Representative Pat Garofalo sent out a tweet today stating that no one would notice a decrease in NBA teams except for the possible exception of an ‘increase in streetcrime.’

Garofalo (R-Framington) tweeted: “Let’s be honest, 70% of teams in NBA could fold tomorrow + nobody would notice a difference w/ possible exception of increase in streetcrime.”

People in the north are MUCH more progressive and inclusive.

Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Minnesota, Louisiana...all along the Gulf Coast they are so backwards!

(whaddaya mean it is Mississippi, and that Minnesota is a northern state? That's unpossible! Only the south has backwards people!)

That ought to help our small town attract businesses and new residents

This asshat has long been a local embarrassment to our town, and now he's going national.

And while Minnesota in general trends liberal, you still get enclaves of conservative "enlightenment" here and there once you get away from major population centers like Minneapolis/St. Paul, St. Cloud, Duluth, Rochester, etc.
