NJ Lawyers: Ex-Christie Aide's Subpoena Valid

Lawyers for a New Jersey legislative panel investigating a political payback scandal say a former aide to Gov. Chris Christie has shown no valid legal purpose for refusing to comply with a subpoena.

I did a quick look around googleville and found nothing. I suspect there'll be something tomorrow, after the oral arguments.

What I REALLY want to read is the opinion! I wouldn't be surprised if the Bench writes a scathing, "How dare you waste my time with this argument" opinion.
