Casey To Face Mooney In W.Va's 2nd District U.S. House Race

Former West Virginia Democratic Party Chairman Nick Casey will face off with former Maryland Republican Party Chairman Alex Mooney in the race for West Virginia’s 2nd District U.S. House seat.
Casey defeated Del. Meshea Poore, D-Kanawha, for the race to fill the seat being vacated by U.S. Rep. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va.
Mooney defeated a crowded GOP field, including Ken Reed, Charlotte Lane, Steve Harrison, Ron Walters Jr., Jim Moss and Robert Fluharty.
