He's convinced the children will be a major strain to the community.
They should be sent back home," Stewart said....

There's an overwhelmingly obvious war on women being waged by conservatives. Now, the war has spread to children. Dems should gather up all of these "illegal immigrant child bans" spreading to communities across the coutry and beat Repubs over the head with it.
Scumbags.

(16,066 posts)One would think that Prince William County would have learned from their racist BS a few years ago. Stewart was on his little crusade to root out all the illegals...and sure enough a large majority of them left the county.
And in the end it cost the County money...business that catered to the immigrant community both documented and undocumented, closed down. Drive down Rt 1 and see all of the boarded up businesses along that stretch of road...
Stewart is a douche!!!

(999 posts)He was interviewed by the local Fox 5 affiliate this morning and I thought the exact same thing as a prior poster said. He and others in Prince William County went on a huge anti- immigration binge back in 2007-2008 just as the real estate market went south. Thousands of Central American homeowners who were here legally but were upside down on the value of the home just up and left because of the way they were being portrayed. Dale City and parts of Woodbridge became ghost towns. Those areas are just now getting back to normal. Prince William County is also home to Delegate Bob Marshall (R). He is also quite the winner as well. cant find money for the schools and infrastructure but they will go out of their way to spend money looking for undocumented children.
