July 18, 20:17 UTC+4

VIENNA, July 18. /Mikhail Shcherbakov for ITAR-TASS/. After five hours of consultations, representatives of OSCE member-states have agreed on the statement regarding the crash of Malaysia Airlines’ Boeing in Ukraine.

Spokesperson of the Swiss OSCE Chairmanship Roland Bless reported this after the session of the organization’s permanent council.

The document was adopted in the initial edition, and the thesis about “condemning the terrorists that downed the plane” proposed by Ukraine was not included.

In addition, Russia’s Permanent Representative to the OSCE Andrei Kelin said that a paragraph on creating conditions for urgent ceasefire was included in the OSCE joint statement on Ukraine.
Malaysia Airlines’ Boeing 777 en route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed Thursday evening on the territory of Ukraine, in the Donetsk region near the Grabovo village. The plane carried 298 people, all of them died.

Russia is reluctantly admitting it without flat out admitting it. Otherwise, they would be ALL OVER the false flag CT.

The OSCE has a comprehensive approach to security that encompasses politico-military, economic and environmental, and human aspects. It therefore addresses a wide range of security-related concerns, including arms control, confidence- and security-building measures, human rights, national minorities, democratization, policing strategies, counter-terrorism and economic and environmental activities. All 57 participating States enjoy equal status, and decisions are taken by consensus on a politically, but not legally binding basis.

And the organization works on consensus, so no, it is a toothless paper tiger and Russia will veto almost anything that hits close to home.

I see nothing of the sort mentioned in the text, only in your comment.

On the other hand, the Ukrainian government's bogus claim denying responsibility and trying to blame "terrorists" was left out of the the OSCE document, it should be noted.

only allowed a team into look at the crash site for an hour and a half and then ran them out of town with their guns. The dead bodies have been sitting there for two days and all they can do is make claims that the bodies "aren't fresh" and that blood has been drained from them. These are very disturbed individuals.
