Musicians Neil Young and Willie Nelson are performing in a benefit concert to help raise money for groups fighting the Keystone XL pipeline.
The concert, which will be on Sept. 27, will be held at a farm near Neligh, Neb., near the proposed route of the oil sands pipeline.
Proceeds from the concert will go to Bold Nebraska, the Indigenous Environmental Network and the Cowboy and Indian Alliance to help campaign against Keystone, and a number of small clean energy projects.
"Farmers, ranchers and tribes that have been standing up to TransCanada are rock stars in my eyes," said Jane Kleeb, director of Bold Nebraska.
