Obama: AG Holder to go to Ferguson Wednesday

President Obama said Monday that Attorney General Eric Holder will travel to Ferguson, Mo. on Wednesday.

Holder will meet with federal agents conducting an investigation into the death of an unarmed black teenager who was shot and killed by a police officer Aug. 9.

6. Even if Wilson skates by some way in Missouri, he can be charged federally, AFAIK.

The problem I see when he gets charged - not if - will be that the defense gets a change of venue. That is fair in high profile cases, but we are talking not only the home of Rush whose bust was put in the state hall of fame or whatever.

The Guv did not want it there, said it would never happen. But didn't have the final word as that is controlled by the speaker of the state house. Who's a raving RWNJ of the Cruz, Bachmann, Paul type.

That demagogue is now enshrined in the place where Harry Truman's statue is. Who would no doubt kick his ass from here to hell if alive. The RW holds sway there, and the KKK is going to be having a rally not that far from Ferguson.

Bet it'll be on private property so they can burn their cross and talk about how they're going to take down the government. It's all going to have to come to a tipping point.

Just like they brought justice to Travon Martin. You really think DOJ will do anything? I don't. They will go, gather "evidence" and head back to DC. Then figure we will forget about it while it is "under investigation" so they can't comment on it. And to often they are right.
