Health insurance CEO fired from $4m-a-year job after fight with girlfriend's husband.

Source: Daily Mail

t is a spectacular fall from grace for one of America’s most powerful health insurance executives - involving affairs, violent brawling, accusations of corrupt hiring practices and a private investigator.

Kenneth Melani has lost his job as Highmark's CEO after assault and trespassing charges were filed against him in relation to a fight he had with his girlfriend’s husband.

The high-flying businessman was fired from his $4million salary job on Sunday as a result of brawling with Mark Myler, the husband of Melissa Myler, who Melani had been having an affair with and had recently given a job to at Highmark.

According to a criminal complaint, Melani, 58, turned up uninvited at the Myler’s Pittsburg home and - ignoring ‘about 10’ requests from Mr Myler to leave - accused Mrs Myler of cheating on him and being with him for his money.

CEO Melani was charged with assault and trespassing.
Highmark is a nonprofit company, based in Pittsburgh.
No doubt contraceptives were provided with charge.

But I did once know someone who did something similar. He was dating a woman who was married, but who claimed to be separated from her husband. She said they lived at different ends of the same house for monetary reasons, and laid out an entire backstory that did make sense at the time. A few months in he discovered that they still regularly slept together, so he went over to their house, made a bit of a scene, and ended up in a jail cell after the husband had beaten him bloody.

Turned out that they weren't separated at all. She was just cheating.

... so therefore he himself was engaged in 'cheating' with her - on her husband.
And someone who can cheat on their spouse can cheat on their spouse. Doesn't matter if you're # 1, 2, 3 or whatever.

It's not like it should enrage him to realize that she (may have) did something like that, considering their overall circumstances.

Why aren't any of these assholes fired for murdering their clients? I don't give a damn about his personal life. What I do give a damn about is that he stole $4mil a year from people that had their insurance cut-off, were denied benefits, etc. That he believed his money bought him a "girlfriend" is just funny.

What exactly is this guy contributing to society? Nothing. We'd all be better off if this guy was sharing a prison cell with a bank robber and his corporation was replaced by a national single payer health care system run by peaceful caring folks earning ordinary salaries.

Yes, he is a sociopath, he fits right into Ayn Rand's Superman mold and he's the kind of thug she would put up on a pedestal and bow down to.

No doubt this pimp is praying for his bought and paid for whore majority on the Clown Court to throw out all of the ACA so he can go back to his extortionist ways with suffering people.

F him and F every pimp running the "health care" rackets!!!!!
