Mitt Romney: It’s Time For President Obama ‘To Apologize To America’

Source: CBS Washington DC

Romney, the former Massachusetts governor who lost the 2012 presidential race to Barack Obama, said it has been a tough time for the country since that election.

And apologize for the lives he destroyed for the sake of venture capitalism. Or maybe apologize for the played out strategy he used to run a placating, patronizing campaign that in turn made his few working class supporters look like easily misled boobs and morons! Maybe he should give a big fat "I'm sorry" to the some odd 48% of America that he accused of looking for a handout and being the problem...

The one deserving of his apology the most is the American. The rich one, the poor one, the illegal one. The ones whom look to the flag and it's promise as a source of comfort in a world that on all fronts seek annihilate the weak and starve the poor. A world poisoned by global industry and unfettered capitalism. The poor and weak aren't stupid, they see the conservative's carrot (riches) and stick (impassable inequality) and know it is a shell game that can't be won by voting the same familiar white face into leadership day in and day out....

Take my babbling for what you will but know that the world's problems isn't fixed by tax cuts, corporate entitlements or deregulation. These things exist to protect us by multinational, powerful, corporate entities that view us more as batteries for their machine than as actual people..

wrong person running as a representation of what's hurting our country. The big BUT, however, is whether this attitude of the voters will continue. President Obama is a constant disappointment for many voters who have individual issues. As a local political volunteer, I'm encouraged and surprised by many voters I talk with. I'm also discouraged by many others. In the last presidential campaign I talked with an amazing number who knew little about Romney, and were supporting him just because he was a Republican. Obama had to deal with issues other than his political affiliation.

He should apologize to America for not Prosecuting war criminals from previous administrations. He should apologize for not vigorously prosecuting the higher ups in the banking industry.

In my opinion, he should apologize for not moving quicker and more decisively on legislation in his first term. He should definitely apologize to America for wasting 4 years trying to make deals with the Republican party and ignoring liberals.

It looks like he will owe some apologies for reintroducing us to Iraq.

But its a fair bet that whatever Romney thinks he should apologize for is irrelevant to reality.

Look, man, we get that you're still butthurt about 2012. We get that you can't stomach the fact that you never avenged Daddy George from 1968. We get that you can't get over the fact Americans didn't choose your creepy, whitebread clan over the Obama family.

But you lost. Fair and square. Americans have now NOT chosen you three times. We just don't like you, Mitt. We don't like you, we don't like your face, we don't like your snotty, aristocratic, holier-than-thou wife, we don't like your creepy-ass kids. My sympathies for Ann's illness, but last I checked, MS didn't have "snobby douchiness" as a side effect.

But most of all, we don't like this irrational hatred you have for anyone who isn't as rich as you. We can't stand your utter inability to connect with other human beings. And most of all, we can't fucking STAND that you won't just crawl back into the hole you oozed out of. Go away, Mitt. Go away and never darken our doorsteps again.

Buy another car elevator . . . or maybe a dancing horse elevator . . . and spend time watching it go up and down. That's more than most Republicans do with their time.
