Brown, Grayson re-elected in FL (UPDATE: FL 02 is slipping)

So far FL is returning all incumbents, except Southerland (R) and possibly Garcia (D). At worst, FL will be unchanged; at best switch one chair to D
UPDATE: Southerland has gained so much that he could take it, while Garcia stays 4% behind after every update. Could end up losing one seat to R's in FL.
