Mother Of MH17 Plane Crash Victim Sues Ukraine In European Court: Paper

(Reuters) - The mother of a German woman killed when Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 was downed over eastern Ukraine in July is suing the Ukrainian authorities at the European Court of Human Rights for failing to close their airspace, a German paper reported.

The mother of the victim named as "Olga L." was seeking $1 million in compensation from Kiev for manslaughter by negligence and had begun proceedings in the past week, Bild am Sonntag newspaper said on Sunday.

According to the indictment, Ukraine should have closed its airspace to civil air traffic because of fighting with pro-Russian separatists.

It accuses Ukraine of failing to do so because it wanted to continue to profit from the fees paid by transit flights - which at the time numbered 700 per day and would have earned it several million dollars a month, the newspaper reported.

1. Why wouldn't she sue Malaysia Airlines?

The either the pilots or the dispatcher could have routed the 777 around Ukrainian airspace...

But it's all academic until Russia gets officially named as the legally responsible party to the disaster...

3. No the pilots or "dispatcher" can't re-route.

Airlines have very defined highways in the sky and aircraft must stay on them absent storms. Even with bad weather they must get permission to change. It is up to the country to determine the safety of their sky. Airlines have no way of doing that and they just can't come up with new routes by themselves. It was Ukraine's responsibility.

Let me tell you if my Daughter or Son or any Relatives of mine had gone down in this Plane Crash...I would have been out there with every way I could to have More Coverage and to Push Forward the Investigation ...in the GLOBAL MEDIA.

So Far the "Coverage" has been about Russia/Ukraine and the World Bank and Obfuscation over WHO is to BLAME getting into USA Global Politics against Russia Global Politics.

If I was a Mother/Father/Family.......I Want ANSWERS to why parts of my family were killed. And I don't want to WAIT until GLOBAL/GEOPOLITICS manages to Obscure, Obfuscate and USE my Family Members Death for their OWN Manipulations.

So far the Investigation of this site lies with Disputes Between: USA/RUSSIA/UKRAINE/REBELS/NEOCONS and "Other's."

USA Cable Network CNN/CNN International spent All their Time on that Russia was at Fault in Collusion with the Ukraine Rebel Force. (Ignite Cold War with Russia)

Ignoring that the WHOLE INVESTIGATION has become POLITICAL and the bodies of the People on that Plane...their Children and the Rest have been FORGOTTEN.

Yet...Cable Channels in the USA pushed and prodded for the Investigation to be Revealed about the First Malaysian Jet that DISAPPEARED. More coverage for That Disappearance than this!

Is it BECAUSE the EVIDENCE is MURKY...over Ukraine or Russian Influences...Downing that Jet? Or is it because the GLOBAL/GEO Political Forces are STALLING?
