For some reason or another this chemist (University of Wisconsin 1940 summa cum laude) sure got a lot of LSD/other substance inspired "research projects" involving "national security" in the "free world" approved, as vulnerable people/nonconsenting human research subjects died or went mad or disappeared in the many-faceted MK ULTRA subprojects Gottlieb "directed".

Worst of all were Gottlieb's MK OFTEN comments which described the CIA's goals that he undertook to "explore the world of black magic" and "harness the forces of darkness and challenge the concept that the inner reaches of the mind are beyond reach"-which is precisely what Heinrich Himmler and the inner circle of the Nazi Party did as well as many other cultures that literally went to hell.

Next I'll bring up another intelligence community scientist Dr. Donald Ewen Cameron, a trusted friend of Gottlieb.

First are a couple of hyperlinks that seem somewhat sympathetic to Cameron, followed some that aren't-and that introduce us to many other mad scientists-- not from the Third Reich, the former USSR or the People's Republic of China, etc (although some "defected" from those totalitarian states that were, in fact, doing many of the same things to human beings that have been ridiculed as conspiracy "theories&quot .

At least one serial killer, Jeffrey Dahmer, was inspired by some of these mad scientists and tried primitive replication of their "r and d" imo.

a history of research and development, this cannot be dismissed as crazy conspiracy theories.

Much of this comes from those mad scientists and nutty professors in that special place where national security became behavioral science.
