Try to look on the bright side: intelligence community continues to leak like a sieve, media continues to report on it (you know they love their scandals and splashy headlines), Republicans continue with their astounding hypocrisy and thereby destroy whatever credibility they can still claim and eventually their whole house of cards collapses.

It will take more time than a non-possible re-vote, but could be more effective in the long run. And it might prevent them from getting much done in the meantime.
