Wesley Clark on Trump Iraq visit: Armed forces 'don't belong to him.'

'Former NATO Commander Wesley Clark slammed President Trump on Thursday for making political comments in "naked partisan terms" during his surprise trip to visit troops in Iraq.

"I’ve never heard any other commander in chief, when he goes abroad and sees the troops, talking naked partisan terms about his domestic opponents in the United States," Clark said during a panel discussion on "MSNBC Live."

"It's the United States Congress and the people of the United States who are supporting our armed forces," Clark continued. "They don’t belong to him. They belong to the people of the United States."

"It would be much more appropriate if he would show respect for the Constitution and the way we’re structured, as opposed to making everything a political statement on his behalf," he later added.'>>>

treating the whole visit as a campaign rally. Giving out hats, signing them, the Trump flag (where did that come from?). Of course, the things he said, like Democrats are to be hated, whining about his empty campaign promises, his unfortunate photo-ops, his vacuous wife on his elbow, his little story about his own physical danger -- are all campaign bullshit. What a loser.

Really, he should not be allowed to go anywhere.

He couldn't care jacks#*t for the constitution, the country, our armed forces - in his mind they're all HIS now. That's why we gotta fight till the bitter end to get this @$$hole out of the White House. Give him no quarter until he's gone forever - and his scamarama, grifting family is all gone too.
