There are no battles involving tanks, and haven't been for a while.

In the event of an actual tank incursion, the Javelins could be deployed. Now, would that be fast enough? Dunno. But for now, a couple hundred miles (which might mean 151 or 249) is probably close enough. There'd be some warning, at least a few hours, as to tank maneuvers or the massing of a tank force.
