Remarks by President Trump in Address to the Nation
HEALTHCARE
Issued on: March 11, 2020
Oval Office
9:02 P.M. EDT
THE PRESIDENT: My fellow Americans: Tonight, I want to speak with you about our nations unprecedented response to the
coronavirus outbreak that started in China and is now spreading throughout the world.
{snip}
This is the most aggressive and comprehensive effort to confront a foreign virus in modern history. I am confident that by counting and continuing to take these tough measures, we will significantly reduce the threat to our citizens, and we will ultimately and expeditiously defeat this virus.
{snip}
We are all in this together. We must put politics aside, stop the partisanship, and unify together as one nation and one family.

(23,091 posts)Hundreds of thousands should have been tested, not the paltry few thousand allowed by the killing drumpf admin. They are actively trying to hide the truth, and don't care how many die from it, they do not intend to allow testing at the levels needed for the population - drumpf totally omitted this from his spew last night.

(4,149 posts)self-described pussy grabber last night. As I listened to him mewling about what he has 'done', the first thing that came to mind was that I wouldn't hire Pussy-Grabber as a shift manager a a McDonald's. And I'm not insulting shift managers, no. I'm just saying that the man squatting in the WH and occupying arguably the most exalted office in the world is not qualified or capable of working as a first-line manager at a fast food restaurant. He has neither the smarts nor the energy, and besides, who would want to hire somebody who eats all the profits?
