Last week I was thinking Texas might turn blue. However, now all I've seen is Trump parades & harass

I am feeling the same way.

Last week I was thinking Texas might turn blue. However, now all I’ve seen is Trump parades & harassment at polling stations. Police are backing Trump & doing nothing. Mail in ballots are lost or sitting in boxes. They’re stealing this election again! Is it same everywhere? SMH

It is weird how much peer pressure exists in Trumpland. Mostly everything is reinforcement driven. dameatball Nov 2020 #4

We expect 2 to 3 on election day. The horse has left the barn already. No amount of bluster from Trumpers is going to stop that.

but the tRump parades seem to me to be like a puffer fish or other animal that struts around trying to look bigger than it is to be intimidating.

It's definitely a problem, they aren't going away. But they are NOT a majority.

Keep in mind the following numbers:

Population*:

Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, El Paso and surrounding suburbs - 69%
Valley (20 counties in deep south Texas) - 8%
Rural/small town/small metropolitan - 23%

Texas is a non-voting state. The Republicans in the rural and suburbs are the most consistent voters, but the rest of the state does not vote. Trump is going to get at least 75% of the 23%. He is extremely popular in these areas. I live in this region. However, it all depends on the suburbs and cities. Trump got 70% in my rural county. I suspect it will increase a few points. However, I know several older Republicans who voted for Trump holding their nose in 2016 who live in Sugar Land, San Antonio and Boerne who will vote for Biden. From looking at the early numbers, this will be an interesting election. Yes, the Repukes in Texas will try to remove some votes and suppress the vote. They are very worried. I can smell it. We will see. I make no predictions, but this will be an interesting election in Texas. Time to get back to my work with Power By People.
