Trump's Remarks After Air Force One Arrival; Milwaukee, WI; November 2, 2020
REMARKS
Remarks by President Trump After Air Force One Arrival | Milwaukee, WI
Issued on: November 2, 2020
General Mitchell International Airport
Milwaukee, Wisconsin

THE PRESIDENT: So, thank you very much. Weve had a very big day. We have two more stops: this one and then Michigan. Grand Rapids, thats where we ended the last campaign.
Tomorrow morning, were going to go, probably, over to one of our offices. But for the most part, I think well be and youll be coming with us, I imagine but well be going over to one of the offices perhaps in Virginia.
Its been an amazing day. Its been an amazing two days. I dont think anybody has ever seen crowds like this. Were getting very good results from early voting and from ballots. And well have to see how it all works out. We wont know for a little while.
I think the Pennsylvania decision by the Supreme Court is a very dangerous decision. I think its a decision that allows tremendous cheating to go on after the fact but before the votes are tabulated. I think its a very, very dangerous decision for our country, and I hope its going to be readjusted. Well be asking for that.
But it is a it is a horrendous decision for our country. Its a mistake. It allows cheating. It allows cheating at a very high level, and very easy cheating, too. They have much commentary about it on television. I noticed on the way over, they have a lot of commentary about it, how it totally opens up Pennsylvania for cheating. And we cant let that happen to the people of Pennsylvania or to the people of our country. So lets well see what happens. Well see what happens.
But we cannot let that and Im saying this before the fact, not after the fact we cant let that happen to the people of our country.
So thank you very much. I hope you enjoy the speech.
Yes?
Q Here you are, a few hours from voting day. Are you nervous about anything?
THE PRESIDENT: Say it?
Q Here you are, just a few hours before voting day. Are you nervous about anything?
THE PRESIDENT: Well, Ive been here before. I think were in a much stronger position than we were four years ago. The campaign I mean, youre a witness to it. The campaign has even more energy. The crowds are much bigger. Much bigger. And we had the biggest crowds ever, and these crowds are much bigger. Nobody has ever seen this. This has never happened before. And theres a theres a tremendous spirit.
Even the organic, the you know, where they have 100 miles of cars, where they have thousands of tractors, where they have 6,000 votes in a lake or in the ocean or in a canal. Nobody has ever seen this before. And, you know, Im honored to be a part of it. Im just a part of it. Im representative of it, but Im really just a part of it, and Im really honored by it.
And I think youre going to see all of those people voting, and its going to be a wave. And its my opinion, but Ive never seen anything like it either.
You go to Kenosha, you go to Grand Rapids Grand Rapids, they say its its like an unlimited number of people. Kenosha, they say theyve never seen anything like it. Were going to be there in half an hour, so youll see.
Q Are you expecting a long night tomorrow night? Do you think its going to be a long, late night?
THE PRESIDENT: Im very concerned about Pennsylvania. Philadelphia is known for bad things happening with voting. You know that. And its been known for it for a long time. And Im very concerned when the Court allows you to go outside of the November 3rd date and they allow you to do all sorts of things for an extended period of time. Bad things will happen, and bad things lead to other type things. Its a very dangerous thing for our country.
And I hope the Supreme Court has the wisdom to change it, because they cant let it stand. All they have to do is look at the commentators on television that are experts at this, and they will say, It will allow cheating. Its almost like putting officials that are political hacks, in many cases, and not the most honorable people its like putting them on the honor system. And we cant let this happen. We cant let it happen.
This is going to be a great election. I think youre going to have a result that I think is going to be a very positive result for the people.
Look, I watched Joe Biden go out; theres nobody shows up to see him. Hes got the circles. He cant fill up the circles. And then we have forty and fifty thousand people. You saw Miami last night. Nobody has ever seen anything like that. So I dont you know, I dont I cant imagine, because this is really the will of the people. They like what were doing. They like what were doing, more than theyve ever liked anything in a long time. So we cant let this happen in Pennsylvania.
So Ill see you over in Kenosha. Ill see you at Grand Rapids. And maybe well get to talk again. Okay? Thank you all very much. Thank you.
