Imagine we had evidence that Trump knew there was no fraud and knew he could not get officials to change the result, but wanted to lay the predicate for an insurrection. Sounds impossible to find such incriminating, airtight evidence, right? Nope.

...that if we actually want to be a nation of laws that a good start might be prosecuting those who break laws, particularly those who are/were officeholders.
