"Dollars for Docs: The Top Earners" by Hanna Trudo & Theodoric Meyer (ProPublica 3-12-13)

I found it more than coincidental comparing areas of "practice" of these medical professionals and their income "enhancers"-
whatever happened to "first of all , do no harm..."? American exceptionalism makes a lot of US sick!!!
