Signs point toward libertarians no longer being politically ignorable.

Signs point toward libertarians no longer being politically ignorable.

[Public Religion Research Institute] PRRI

PRRI’s data show libertarians represent 36 percent of Republican Party in 2013, consistent with ANES and Gallup data; Libertarians are about the same size as other key constituencies in the Republican Party, such as white evangelicals; Libertarians represent 56 percent, or half, of the tea party, consistent with the finding in Emily Ekins and my Cato study, “Libertarian Roots of the Tea Party.”

The Republican Party is getting its marching orders from the CATO Institute, directly to Fox News Corp distributors, the Propaganda daily over the networks.

Think Tanks and Billionaires have all the Bases covered with decades of resources bombing America at will, it’s a war and we are Winning, so give up America and come over to the dark side, we pay well and have benefits, we have decided Governors are the best target getting inside the working and true power of the states.

Privatize and control, the new mafia, from local police to fire departments to private police contractors to prisons, join us or parish. While America is bombarded by bull sh!t we take more control, CATO will navigate the coup so just agree and hang on, we will overcome, don’t be on the loosing side, just put down your mark for the winners.

in support of a political party that has, for well over one hundred years, represented the plutocratic wing of the duopoly.

What a fucking bunch of immoral idiots.

I've seen polls in DU a number of times on the Political Compass and practically everyone who posts their scores falls into the lower left quadrant, left-libertarian in other words.

I usually describe myself as liberal with libertarian leanings. I'm socially libertarian no doubt. On economics I believe in increasing social autonomy, which puts me at the opposite of the right-wing Libertarian Party, but in agreement with many left-libertarians. Basically I believe in worker control and ownership of their businesses, not state control. But, I also believe that we the people need to achieve this, not government, so I'm not a socialist in the most popular since of the term.
