Once again, our proverbial "fly on the wall" comes in handy at the super exclusive
Rich Mans Club. Lets listen in as two of the super rich elites sit and chat around the fireplace:
Rich man # 1 -- Seems to me that things have been going well for our class, what with our choice of presidents these past 5+ years.
Rich man # 2 -- Could not agree more with you. This new one has kept the "natives" in place with his rhetoric and style. That "Hope and Change" campaign has been so successful. (Laughing) I mean the guy has increased military spending even higher than under that fool Junior Bush. What is it now
# 1 -- This past fiscal year 57 percent of discretionary spending has gone to our friends in the Pentagon and their allies in contracting. Under the Junior Bush/Cheney regime it was around 50 percent. Not bad.
# 2 -- And were still in Iraq
# 1 -- (laughing) Never to leave.
# 2 -- Were still in Afghanistan to the great delight of our Pentagon allies and contractors. The drone campaign is going well. The average American could care less about how many little children and women and old A-Rabs they kill.
