China and Russia refuse regime change for Syria

Violence rages on between government forces and anti-government rebels in Syria. The death toll has officially reached 5,000, while the debate at the UN Security Council continues over what to do about the conflict that is ripping the nation apart. The US and EU are backing a draft resolution formed by the Arab League which is asking for Bashar al-Assad to resign. China and Russia have opposed this proposition, promising to veto the option that could lead to regime change. Anastasia Churkina, RT correspondent, joins us with the latest.
