Anyone know how weed impacts panic disorders. Does it help, hurt, do nothing? I am curious because a... a friend wanted to know.

3. Depends on the person and circumstance.

Smoking pot can cause certain symptoms of mental health problems to be expressed. But it can also help you relax after a shitty day at work. The only way to know for certain is to try it in small amounts in controlled, peaceful environments.

I partake occasionally and I usually only take a few hits and tend to do it while I'm alone. Kick back, enjoy some music and chill like an ice cube.

It can also cause extreme laughter, so it depends on what you're looking for. You'll just have to try it for yourself. Just make sure your friend is in a safe place among friends.

18. I smoked pot in the '70s, but not for long.

It did cause me to have panic attacks and experience paranoia. It does cause extreme laughter. I recall many times that I laughed so hard that my ribs hurt and I do not even remember what was so funny. But it is also fattening as it makes a person hungry as hell. That is one of the main reasons I quit smoking it because I did not want to gain weight.
