The Supreme Court handed the ultimate power to corporations; they now have more rights than living breathing humans.

The DOJ, Attorney General, Eric Cantor created a two tier justice system when he stated that some corporations are too big to fail, too big to jail, too big to prosecute and too big to regulate.

The main stream media no longer investigates. They behave more like ventriloquist dummies or parrots. (This does not include Democracy Now, as they are far from main stream unfortunately.)

The military brass want to invade every country on the planet and create a canopy of drones overhead.

How do you change corruption when it has infested every nook and cranny in governments, Wall Street, and global corporations ?

A woven carpet, just full of corrupt threads, as you said. We need to start pulling on the top priority threads, y'know those that will kill us the soonest. It is nightmarish, but given that reality, let's start pulling threads that go to Sec. of Energy, KXL, Citizens United (Corporate Personhood), global climate change, etc. With as much time and effort that can be mustered from each patriot, we have to start pulling hard on those poison threads.
